Late breakfast of grapefruit & ryvita, followed by a muffin. Couldn't get out of bed, have that truck hitting feeling going on, again.
Was pretty hungry last night after our disappointing meal. It had potential but just didn't do it for us, too heavy. We didn't actually eat much, felt like crap for about an hour and then got hungry again. At least documenting all this helps identify what foods satisfies us and makes us feel good and what has does the total opposite.
Lunch was broccoli soup. Will probably snack later this afternoon, might get myself a yogurt right now actually...
For dinner tonight, we have pork loin marinated in smoky chipotle, with veg and salad.
