Half a grapefruit for breakfast, and a strong black coffee, then off to work. New phone was dead so no alarm was set, which meant we missed spin. Meh! Went after work instead.
Yesterdays dinner leftovers for lunch, which was awesome, and a mango & grapefruit salad with almonds. I had some 'healthy slice' but didn't eat it, I didn't need it, so saved for tomorrow.
Dinner was leftovers from the last few days, we had chicken & pork, spinach wraps, and some salad stuff. Very low effort, which is exactly what we needed. Another day, another blister, eh?
