Sorry, playing catch up again, its been a busy few days.
So on Sunday I skipped breakfast, which isn't healthy I know, and we went out for lunch. Reason we went out was because unfortunately the wild boar sausages were in the freezer, I thought they were in the fridge but I was wrong. They were meant to be lunch, but became dinner instead.
For lunch we went to the Moose, and we both had pizza. Mine was 'Mediterranean', basically a pesto base, caramelized onions, feta and prosciutto. Lee said it looked like Mordor, as it was really really dark, it looked almost burnt. But it was pretty tasty.
So dinner, yes, wild boar sausages. They were maple garlic ones, and they were gooood. We had them in buns with cheese and mustard. Of course. And ate some left over onion gratin.
Not the healthiest day but a tasty one!
