Breakfast was two ryvitas with grape jam. Ran out of grapefruit, and now officially out of ryvitas, whoops.
Lunch was a bowl of the cauliflower, cabbage and zucchini soup. I snacked on a few 'birthday' chocolates during the day, and head to spin straight after work.
By the time I got home I was starving, so while making dinner, I had a slice of toast with avocado and brie. Not the healthiest snack, but shit I was hungry!
Dinner was really good, grilled chicken breast, steamed corn on the cob (thats pepper, people, not dirt on my corn!) & salad of lettuce, tomato, olives & goats cheese:
It was pretty hefty, so we were both stuffed stupid afterwards. And that's Thursday done!
