Breakfast of berries & yogurt with some flax seed and walnuts. Yum yum.

I made some 'healthy slice' over the weekend, the one with the dried fruit, oats & spices, so had a bit of that before lunch.

Lunch was the trusty soup, made cauliflower and broccoli soup over the weekend too. Then finished it off with some snow peas and hummus. No photo required really, as it was the same as a couple of days ago.

Dinner was really good, chicken salad with avocado, bacon & spring onion. It's looking a little flat, I would normally go to some sort of effort but I was too hungry and tired to worry about that!


And... well confession time. We had tim tams in the house, and so I ate three. And they were good.
