Breakfast this morning was watermelon, and it was lush. Love the sweet watery rehydration of watermelon first thing in the morning.
Lunch was not in the healthy league at all, I had turkey & avocado eggs benedict, and it looked like this:
I didn't get through that potato, not by a long shot, but it was attempted, thats for sure. And it was gooood.
Dinner is still undecided. Neither of us are hungry or inspired. We have had a busy day and its not over yet, so it could go in any direction. Although I am thinking chicken salad... we will see.
