Ok, so today wasn't exactly a healthy day either...
Breakfast was the usual grapefruit, and a fruit salad with yogurt when I got into work.
Lunch was a salad of roasted pork loin (it was defrosted, I had to cook it) and to be honest it was really good.
I accidentally fell on two of these in the afternoon, which were made by Daisy, a girl at work who has a baking talent that I have to take advantage of when it's in front of me!
Dinner? Well, dinner was shameful but yummy. Pizza. Terrible! Still suffering the wheat and dairy aftermath unfortunately, but what can you do?!
