Breakfast was strawberries, half a nectarine and some almonds and a drizzle of honey (to give me a sugar boost to get me to early morning spin!).
After spin I had my hair cut and coloured, feeling like a new woman we went out for lunch to our favourite pub. I had a chicken quesadilla, I was expecting something a little lighter than this, but it was still pretty good:
Lee had a fantastic hamburger that looked f#@%ing amazing, and I had food envy 2000. He substituted his fries for sweet potato fries, and check this out!
So ridiculous I had to include it here! Look at that chip! Its HOOOOOOOOOOGE! I can see the Mega Duck going to town on that bad boy.
We snacked on some corn chips and salsa in the evening, and had a late dinner of chicken burgers. Lucky Lee, two burgers in one day. These were on the much healthier side though, and sans fromage.
Still, great hambugers, my husband is officially the rissole expert in this house.
We still have a freezer full of meat for the week, I will try to be as creative as possible with it, but might be another dull week on the ol' blog. Looking at some recipes to jazz things up a little bit, really looking forward to making soups etc. Probably not in The President, we all remember the borscht disaster of April 2011.
As I go on about recipes and what not, please please please vote for my next cooking challenge, it would mean a whole lot to me. If you cant for any reason vote, leave a comment and I will vote for you! Thanks yall xxx
