Early start, a peanut butter ryvita for breakfast and then straight to spin class at the gym.
Post spin greek yogurt with nuts and berries when at work, lovely.
Lunch was much better than yesterdays, Japanese noodle soup from the food court at the mall. Mmmmm.
Dinner was awesome, a good way to finish the day. Lee made hamburgers (made with beef, mushroom & zucchini), with some avocado, lettuce and bacon jam. Bliss! Bread overload perhaps but it was damn good. Love a day of food success!
