Ah, new month. Four months to go for this blog and I will have achieved my challenge.
Breakfast was a peanut butter ryvita before heading off to spin, then the usual greek yogurt, berries and nuts afterwards when at work.
My team went out for lunch today, I had a jerk chicken wrap with yam frites. Oh dear. I did a pretty good job of getting through the chips, whoops. I am such a sucker.
When we got back to work, I also had another mini ice cream, and then fell on a double piece of dark chocolate. Note to self - need to be mindful that while in Sober September, I cant just replace those calories with other calories!
Dinner tonight is more mince beef, this time we are going for tacos. I love tacos. I love Mexican food. I also love it with a beer, but not for another four weeks. *sigh* I am sure they will still be good though....
