Breakfast was berries, greek yogurt and nuts with a drizzle of honey. I will need to get back on the grapefruit bandwagon soon I think, but loving this combo.

Lunch was left over rissole on salad, and it was awesome. Just as awesome cold, that's when you know you have a winner!


My husbandman makes ace hamburgers, that's for sure.
They had mini ice creams at work today. Normally I say 'no thank you' and mope for a while. Today, I thought 'SOD IT' and had one. It lasted about two seconds, and was soooo good. No après dairy effects either. Joyness all round.

Dinner was really good too, although no pics. It was the usual roasted pork fillet with some salad. Pork is dirt cheap at the moment, $6 for two huge fillets, so loving that. Mince beef (or ground beef, whatever you want to call it) was also on the cheap, about $7 for 2kg. So watch this space, more mince meat food to come, ha ha!

Got snacky later on though, so I had some cereal with some yogurt and honey. It wasn't exactly ice cream but it was goood.
